Reservation and Booking Cancellation

Cancellations by Customers:

If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, please inform us as early as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 15 days or more before the scheduled check-in or activity date are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 8 days of the scheduled date may be subject to a 50% cancellation charge.

• No Shows: Failure to arrive on the scheduled date without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the booking amount, and no refund will be provided.

If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Weather or Operator Cancellations

In rare situations, activities or stays may be cancelled due to bad weather, safety concerns, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, you will be offered the option to:

• Reschedule your booking, or

• Choose an alternative available service or date
